Company FRAU was established in 1913.

Today FRAUGroup designs and manufactures processing plants for dairy, ice cream industry and beverage industry, including brewing and non-alcoholic beverages.
FRAUGroup equipment is intended for the manufacturing of the following products: pasteurized and sterilized milk, cream, fermented milk products, cottage cheese, cheese, baby food and sports nutrition, juice based drinks and functional drinks, beer.

 

FRAUGroup produces and supplies both individual machines and complete systems and lines, including turnkey solutions, customized according to the specific requirements of each customer in terms of layout and level of automation:

- HTST and ESL pasteurizers, UHT sterilizers, triblocks (HTST + ESL + UHT - for maximum compactness and production flexibility,
- tank equipment: aseptic and ultra clean tanks, fermentation tank groups,
- milk reception lines,
- lines for the production of cheese,
- processing lines for whey processing
(concentration, pasteurization, production of ricotta),
- mixing stations and syrup rooms for the production of drinks from concentrate,
- beer brewing equipment,
- technological lines for ice cream production,
- multi-route factory C.I.P. plants (Cleaning In Place).
