Today, the open joint-stock company Verkhnedvinsky Maslosyrzavod is a diversified modern enterprise with a rich history, a glorious present, and a bright future. The company has a stable financial position and produces high-quality products, continuing the fine traditions established back in 1932.

The beginning of the era of rapid growth and development of the company dates back to 2009, when modern Austrian equipment was put into operation, allowing 180 tons of milk to be processed per day. In 2017, production capacity was increased to 240 tons of milk per day.

The company's main specialization is cheese production, which accounts for 80% of its total output. Currently, more than 30 types of cheese are produced. Today, about 80% of the cheese produced by the company can be classified as premium cheese, made in accordance with European recipes. However, the leadership among “European” cheeses is held by Maasdam: the factory produces more than 450-500 tons per month, which is approximately 60% of all elite cheeses. In total, about 12.2 thousand tons of Maasdam are produced in the Republic of Belarus per year. Of these, 5,200 tons come from the Verkhnedvinsky Butter and Cheese Factory. Another third is taken up by Parmesan, and about 10% by small batches of varieties such as Aged Parmesan, Gojus, Džiugas, Emmental, Cheddar, Monarch, Asiago, Pesto craft cheese, and the exclusive new Tartufo cheese with Italian white truffles. You don't have to go on a tour of Europe to try these elite cheeses. In stores, we find them under the brands Algerd (premium cheeses), Yan Syrodel (classic), Verkhniy Lug (soft cheeses), and Ulyanka (butter).

At the Central Asian international exhibition “FoodExpo Qazaqstan” in Almaty, Kazakhstan, we will be presenting our most famous cheeses and new products that have already won the hearts of consumers.

This is the elite cheese “DŽIUGAS,” created using European technology. It is a hard, crumbly cheese. The Verkhnedvinsky Butter and Cheese Factory is the only enterprise in Belarus that produces it. The cheese contains no preservatives and matures for about a year. It is considered a relative of Parmesan cheese due to its texture and aroma.

Our calling card and pride is the elite MAASDAM cheese with large holes. It is distinguished by its creamy taste with nutty notes and those very perfect holes. The Verkhnedvinsky Butter and Cheese Factory has the largest production volume of Maasdam in Belarus, exceeding 5,000 tons per year. A large volume of this cheese is exported.
