SOLUTIONS FOR MODERNIZATION OF THE FOOD INDUSTRY OF KAZAKHSTAN WILL BE PRESENTED AT FOODEXPO QAZAQSTAN 2024
FROM 13 TO 15 NOVEMBER 2024, THE CENTRAL ASIAN INTERNATIONAL FOOD INDUSTRY EXHIBITION - FOODEXPO QAZAQSTAN WILL BRING TOGETHER LEADING FOOD INDUSTRY PARTICIPANTS AT THE ATAKENT KCBC, PROVIDING A UNIQUE PLATFORM FOR DISCUSSING CURRENT ISSUES AND PRESENTING CUTTING-EDGE TECHNOLOGIES.
The FoodExpo Qazaqstan exhibition is the only event in Kazakhstan that offers the industry effective solutions for modernizing domestic production and implements cooperation with leaders in technological solutions for food production. This year, more than 300 exhibitors from 30 countries will present a wide range of products and services, including food products and beverages, equipment and technologies, ingredients and spices, as well as packaging and label solutions. Among the participants of the exhibition are leading companies from Kazakhstan and other countries, such as Ake Plast (Kazakhstan), Fava S.P.A. (Italy), Denozli Ozstar (Turkey), Diosna Dierks & Söhne Gmbh (Germany), Gostol (Slovenia) and others. 9 Polish companies will present their export offers: gluten-free products, organic products, confectionery, fish products, glazed jelly beans and soft drinks.
FoodExpo Qazaqstan is not just an exhibition, but a real opportunity for manufacturers to find solutions that can help them cope with current challenges, improve productivity and product quality. The exhibition presents solutions for manufacturers, including raw materials and ingredients for food production, various packaging solutions such as tin, plastic and flexible packaging, corrugated packaging, PET containers, foil and films. Equipment and services for the production of beverages, pasta, dairy and meat products, as well as confectionery and bakery equipment will be presented. Exhibitors will offer food lines for the production of snacks and French fries, automatic lubrication systems, heat pumps, dehumidifiers and drying systems, as well as refrigeration and heating equipment, brewing and cheese-making equipment. In addition, the exhibition will cover transportation systems, conveyor systems, laboratory equipment and cleaning systems.
The business program of the expo-event focuses on key issues of development of the Kazakhstan food industry and is aimed at increasing its competitiveness in the international scene. As part of the business program, participants will discuss key issues and strategies for strengthening the position of the Kazakhstan food industry in international markets. Topics include internal reforms, innovations, certification, marketing and financial instruments, as well as the role of the private and public sectors. Particular attention will be paid to the digitalization of production processes, the use of artificial intelligence in the production and sales, as well as effective partnerships in international markets.
The program includes master classes demonstrating the operation of bakery and confectionery equipment, where participants will be able to try products prepared using ingredients from exhibitors. A practical seminar on automatic lubrication systems in the food industry will be organized, where special food grade bearing units and lubricants and Halal certificate will be presented.
In addition, there will be a presentation on the topic of “Modern automation in the food industry”, as well as a training program on marketing, branding and effective interaction with retail chains. Traditionally, the annual professional tasting competition – “Best Product of FoodExpo Qazaqstan 2024” will be held with the presentation of the exhibition’s quality mark. The site will have a retail center designed for direct negotiations between retail chains and distributors. These events will create a unique opportunity to exchange experiences and improve the skills of specialists in the food industry.
