FoodExpo Qazaqstan, AgroWorld Kazakhstan, Horex Kazakhstan, ColdChain Kazakhstan, and QazPack Exhibitions are a food industry development driver
Four hundred seventy-one companies from 32 world countries represented the best food products and the latest equipment for agricultural complex on five largest Central Asian exhibitions dedicated to the food industry and agriculture: FoodExpo Qazaqstan 2019, AgroWorld Kazakhstan 2019, Horex Kazakhstan 2019, ColdChain Kazakhstan 2019 and QazPack 2019. In total, for three days, five exhibitions were visited by 5 445 people.
This year, the Food Industry exhibition acquired a new name - FoodExpo Qazaqstan. The name change reflected the professional development of the exhibition, the growth of its scale, and its role in the development of the food industry. The exhibition presented everything from the cultivation of raw materials and their processing to the production of food and putting them on store shelves. The specialized exposition of the exhibition is technological equipment and innovations for food industry enterprises. Ten countries were presented by combined national expositions: Belarus, Germany, India, Indonesia, China, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, the USA, Sri Lanka, South Korea.
During the work of the exhibition, there were B2B meetings of suppliers and producers of food products and beverages with the representatives of retail chains and distributors of Kazakhstan. The first industry meeting of the Club of Bakery and Confectionery Technologists was fruitfully held. The Best FoodExpo Qazaqstan 2019 Product contest determined the best products in 21 nominations among 150 products of domestic and international manufacturers. All three days of the exhibition there were workshops by participants and partners of the exhibition.
The Silver Partner of the exhibition was the aT Korea Korean Agriculture & Fisheries Food Trade Association. Fourteen best food product producers from South Korea came to the exhibition with the support of the Association. They presented their products under the Korean Food integrated brand.
The 14th Central Asian International Agricultural Exhibition - AgroWorld Kazakhstan 2019 has demonstrated its sustainable development both by the total area and by the number of participants.Over the past two years, the exhibition area has doubled.The following largest global brands and leading Kazakhstan companies traditionally took part in the AgroWorld Kazakhstan 2019 exhibition: Agrovo, Astel, Big Dutchman, Jamesway, Giordano Poultry Plast, Hartmann, KazPoliv, Marel, Panelsan, Petersime, Poultec, Sanovo, Swissgrow Kazakhstan, Zucami and many others.
AgroWorld Kazakhstan is a comprehensive dialogue platform in Central Asia that unites the interests of representatives of government bodies, industry associations, domestic agricultural producers, unions, and businesses in achieving the main goal: providing the population with high-quality and affordable food.
The key AgroWorld Kazakhstan 2019 event is the 4th Central Asian agrotechnological summit with the participation of the representatives of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan, world scientists, international organizations, financial institutions and startup projects in the field of modern agricultural technologies. The summit participants discussed issues of agrarian support, tariffs, product price control, opportunities for investors, subsidies, search for markets, digitalization, the possibility of using artificial intelligence on Kazakhstan farms, and other problems of the agricultural sector development.
The agrotechnological summit was held with the support of Kusto Group with its partners KazBeef, KazSeeds, and Valmont.
The exposition of the QazPack exhibition has increased three times. The packaging equipment and packaging lines were represented by seven companies from Turkey, two companies from China, as well as companies from Belarus, Italy, Kazakhstan, Germany, and Russia. At the exhibition, they have presented new modern solutions. The Double B company with a subject on "All packaging solutions" held a conference within the frame of the exhibition.
This year, companies from Germany, Italy, China, the Netherlands, Russia, Turkey, Uzbekistan, and, of course, Kazakhstan, took part in ColdChain Kazakhstan 2019. The business program of the ColdChain 2019 exhibition was enriched by the training workshop by the Global Cold Chain Alliance Association, which unifies 1300 companies from 75 countries.
Horex Kazakhstan 2019 exhibition presented at its site suppliers of products and equipment for hotels, restaurants, cafes, bars, supermarkets, and shopping centers. The Horex Kazakhstan forum was held within the framework of the exhibition. Famous domestic and foreign experts in the restaurant and hotel business, business trainers from the HoReCa sphere spoke at the forum. The Hotel UPGRADE Forum has united the professional interests of specialists from Kazakhstan, as well as CIS and non-CIS countries. Guests of the exhibition were able to visit the interactive coffee and bar areas.
