FOODEXPO QAZAQSTAN 2021: THE LARGEST EXHIBITION FOR THE PRODUCTION AND SALE OF FOOD AND BEVERAGES IN CENTRAL ASIA.

The 23rd CENTRAL ASIAn INTERNATIONAL FOOD INDUSTRY EXHIBITION - FOODEXPO QAZAQSTAN 2021 will be held at the Atakent Exhibition Center in November  3  -  5.

Today, FoodExpo Qazaqstan is not only one, but also the largest “Food Industry” exhibition in Central Asia, bringing together suppliers of technology and equipment with manufacturers, distributors and retailers of food and beverages. Despite the logistical difficulties, 421 companies from 26 countries (Austria, Belarus, Belgium, China, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Indonesia, Italy, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Lithuania, Netherlands, Papua New Guinea, Poland, Russia, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Tajikistan, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, USA) take part in the united platform of the exhibition.

Traditionally for the development of trade and economic relations between the countries about 10 national expositions, organized with the support of the Ministries and Departments of near and far abroad countries. In 2021, National groups and country collective expositions will be presented by Belarus, Germany, Indonesia, Netherlands, Russia, USA, South Korea. For the first time in the history not only of this event, but also of all the exhibitions of Iteca, the largest exposition is represented by the regions of the Russian Federation. At FoodExpo Qazaqstan 2021 more than 25 regions of Russia will present more than 150 producers of food and beverages, equipment and packaging.

Exhibitors will present their products in all segments of the food industry: from production lines and equipment, including processing, roasting, drying, cold storage, packaging, etc., equipment and products for the restaurant and hospitality industry, to a wide range of ready-made foods and beverages - confectionery, dairy and meat products, snacks and groceries, tea and coffee, as well as supplements and spices. The exhibition is attended by the largest domestic and foreign companies, such as Bizhan, Bekar, Brest meat Processing Plant, Voskhod, Eurosnab, Kieselmann Rus, Mirotorg, Multivac, Ulma Packaging, Favorit Techno and others.

This year, one of the most popular topics was the theme of tea and coffee - 16 companies from Papua New Guinea, Germany, Russia, Kazakhstan, Indonesia will widely present their products. For the first time, suppliers of Central Asian fruit and vegetable products from Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan will perform at the specialized collective exposition.

Special section "Baking and confectionery" this year has been enlarged by the theme of ingredients, the participants will present: ingredients for baking and confectionery production from AKO (Poland), NEOS (Russia), GLOBUS (Russia), raw materials for baking from GREINRUS (Russia), yeast and ingredients from MOZHELIT (Belarus), food coloring from YALOGA-NT (Russia) and many others.

FoodExpo Qazaqstan is traditionally held in conjunction with a leading business exhibition on agriculture - AgroWorld Qazaqstan, presenting at its site a full range of proposals for professionals of the agricultural sector: raw materials and solutions for its cultivation, equipment and technology for processing raw materials, manufacturing solutions for production of food and beverages, storage, packaging and transportation.

This year the FoodExpo and AgroWorld Qazaqstan platform presents the full cycle of dairy production, at the exhibition the visitor can meet at one time with:

  • the companies for construction of buildings for agriculture and food production from Russia;
  • suppliers of feed and premixes from Kazakhstan and Russia;
  • manufacturers of milk yield and separation equipment from Belgium;
  • suppliers of containers and disinfectants from Kazakhstan and Russia;
  • suppliers of ingredients, starter cultures and enzymes from Italy, Denmark, Russia and Turkey;
  • manufacturers of equipment for the production of dairy products from Italy, Russia and France;
  • manufacturers of bottling, packaging, capping and storage equipment from Kazakhstan, Russia, Turkey, Czech Republic.

Traditionally, a rich business program will be held during the exhibition. For the first time, in the framework of the exhibition, the “Kazakhstan-Belarus” Agrarian Forum with the participation of the Ministries of Agriculture of Belarus and Kazakhstan will take place, where the experts and practitioners will discuss the experience in the agricultural sector of the two countries. Among the topics of the reports, the full range of issues faced by farmers and specialists of the processing industry: raw material base, breeding, livestock and crop production, technical support, agricultural technology and education. Within the framework of the Forum, a matchmaking center will work, where participants and visitors of the forum will be able to establish contact and get acquainted with potential business partners. Visitors to the expo-events are looking forward to the specialized sessions of AgriFood Forum Qazaqstan, the main topics of which remain: poultry farming, gardening, irrigation and greenhouse business, cold chain supply and product sales. Also at the site will be a Retail Center - direct negotiations of suppliers with retail chains and distributors. This format of interaction has become so entrenched in the industry that retailers are sending entire departments to participate in these negotiations. This year an unprecedented number of declared category managers ready to negotiate and among them are traditionally leading chains: Magnum Cash & Carry, INTERFOOD, CAREFOOD, AYAN, Svetofor, KORZINKA.UZ, Skif Trade"/ SMALL, Loco Market, Vkusnaya Korzynka and many others.

The organizers of the exhibition are guided by the recommendations of local executive authorities, WHO (World Health Organization) and the Global Association of the Exhibition Industry (UFI), and ensure that during the exhibition, will provide all measures of hygienic, sanitary processing and disinfection to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

Participants and visitors will also be able to visit the exhibition and take part in the business program of AgroWorld Qazaqstan, Horex & Clean Expo Qazaqstan, QazPack and ColdChain Qazaqstan, which will also take place on November 3 to 5 in Almaty.
